Basics

As mentioned in the last post, Fruity Loops Studio is a software Daw, and according to me is the easiest Daw to work on, as compared to other software Daws. It was initially released on December 18, 1997, 20 years ago (as Fruity Loops).

     It features a GUI (Graphical User Interface) on a pattern based music sequencer or in other words allows the user to makes his music by arranging patterns in the piano roll. It is available for Microsoft an Mac OS in four different editions:

• All Plugin Bundle

     Fruity Loops gives free lifetime updates to its users.
It is not only available for computers and laptops now it is compatible with Android and Ios Devices also.
Fruity Loops Studio is used by many DJ's such as Martin Garrix, Avicii, Afrojack, Alan Walker, Slushii and many more.

PLUGINS

Fruity Loops Studio comes with many types of Virtual Studio Technology (VST) Plugins. Many plugins function freely as standalone programs in it.

•   Dashboard: This allows Fl Studio to control hardware within the program.

•   Edison: It is an editor and a recording tool in VST form.
•   Fruity Video Player: It allows synchronization and comparison of audio and video.
•   Maximus: It is a compressor and limiter which allows the user to master its projects or tracks.
•   Riff Machine: It self-generates melody in piano roll randomly.

Visual Effects

• Gross Beat: It gives a time, pitch, volume, and sidechain manipulation effect.
• Fruity Vocoder: It gives a real-time vocoder effect to the track.
• New Tone: It is introduced as a demo in version 10, it is a pitch correction and time manipulation editor that allows slicing, correcting and editing vocal instruments.
